involved in the company's life, permitting growth and maintaining the same management. A focus on members' needs and incentives for professional
development has produced strong growth and fidelity among all personnel, with a turnover much lower than the average for the sector.
Revenues
Cooperativa O.S.A.’s revenues have grown steadily over the past decade as a result of diversification of its services.
In the past three years it has pursued the goal of consolidating its operations, settling at a turnover that stays above 40 million euro,
earned through the work of its members: the most important factor for production.
