Quality

When we say quality, we mean total quality. For we are convinced that there can be no true quality
of service without quality throughout the entire organisation, in its modes of operation and individual activities.
We consider quality an ongoing process based on constant, attentive, precise application of the organisational rules governing all stages
in the operation of our cooperative, from planning to implementation, from control to verification of the results and of users' satisfaction with them.
And we didn't make up the rules: they are the result of years of experience which have come together to form a quality system which, in 2001, allowed
us to become one of the first in Italy to obtain Quality Certification under
ISO 9002 standards for all sectors of activity.
In 2003 OSA also obtained adaptation of certification to the updated standard,
ISO 9001 : 2000.
But the most important quality certification is the kind we get from the patients we serve every day and the trust of the organisations we work with.
Their growing number is clear evidence of the
quality of our services.
