En 2001, OSA fue una de las primeras organizaciones italianas en obtener la Certificaci\u00f3n de Calidad seg\u00fan la norma ISO 9001 de 1994, renov\u00e1ndola a lo largo del tiempo hasta el d\u00eda de hoy. La normativa expone una serie de directrices \u00fatiles para la realizaci\u00f3n de un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad destinado a definir los procesos de la empresa, a mejorar constantemente la eficacia y la eficiencia de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, y a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Todos los procesos de la empresa primero son analizados y despu\u00e9s convertidos en protocolos que permiten estandarizar las actividades y monitorearlas en cada una de sus fases. Un m\u00e9todo que permite establecer previamente cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de realizar el trabajo. A trav\u00e9s de una comisi\u00f3n de expertos, los organismos miembros de la ISO analizan peri\u00f3dicamente las normas para asegurarse de que est\u00e9n actualizadas y garantizar su aplicabilidad en contextos en constante cambio. La adaptaci\u00f3n a las normas ISO asegura a las partes interesadas servicios con est\u00e1ndares de calidad elevados y constantes a lo largo del tiempo. Por lo tanto, la certificaci\u00f3n no es s\u00f3lo un factor t\u00e9cnico, sino que incluye aspectos de organizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n que implican a toda la Cooperativa.<\/p>\n
