HEALTHCARE REHABILITATION
Recovery and functional re-education activities carried out through a comprehensive treatment of the disability condition.
The Cooperative provides two different types of rehabilitation in its two Roman Centres located in Via Majorana and Via Taldi:
EXTENSIVE REHABILITATION
for patients who have passed the acute and immediate post-acute phase and need interventions aimed at ensuring functional recovery both neuromotor and communicative;
MAINTENANCE REHABILITATION
for patients with stabilised outcomes of psycho-physical diseases in need of interventions aimed at maintaining any residual functional capacity or to curb deterioration.
Both rehabilitation activities are implemented through the global takeover of the user, through the preparation of the Individualised Rehabilitation Project that can be provided with semi-residential, outpatient and home services.
