Strategic key to the growth of people, services, methods and the whole organisation, OSA training is a continuous process, planned annually and designed based on the evaluation of the results and critical issues that emerged in the various operational phases.

Rather than a function, it is a method aimed at achieving different objectives and recipients:

  • developing training activities, in collaboration with the Directorate of Home Care Services, for the continuous training of operators on processes and organisation in the management of new service delivery methods
  • study and develop organisational and management processes to encourage the participation of all operators in ECM courses
  • develop one-topic training processes for the ongoing growth of corporate culture.
